How We Use Your Information

Return and Refund Policy

 

Cracked UP Mobile Repair, LLC DBA iRepairThis Work Authorization and Service Waiver

I authorize iRepairThis to perform repair work on my mobile device. I understand that iRepairThis repair specialist have been trained to perform mobile device repairs, but iRepairThis and its affiliates are not an Authorized Service Provider (ASP) of Apple Inc., and are in no way affiliated with Apple Inc. Further, I agree to realease, indemnify, and hold iRepairThis from liability for the claims or damages of any kind or description that may arise from any mobile device repair work performed on my iPhone, iPad, iPod or any other mobile device, unless it is caused by severe negligence of iRepairThis or its agent.

I understand that iRepairThis has no liability for any data loss, which may occur as a result of work done on my mobile device. I also understand that I have the option to, and I am responsible for backing up the device before allowing iRepairThis to work on my device in the event of any data loss and hardware or software failure.

I understand that repairs or technical support rendered by iRepairThis may void manufacturer warranties for this mobile device. iRepairThis and its affiliates do not assume any liability or warranty in the event that the manufacturer warranties are voided but may, at its sole discretion, offer its own warranty on the parts and/or services performed.

iRepairThis Warranty covers parts and labor supplied by iRepairThis. It does not cover, user error, water damage or any other damages will not be applied and charged. Warranty becomes void if the frame/body of the device is bend and/or damaged or if wteer damage is present regardless of when it occurred.

All warranty repairs must be done through iRepairThis. iRepairThis will not reimburse or give refunds for repairs done elsewhere.

I further understand that it is my responsibility to inform iRepairThis accurately with regard to the model description and condition of my mobile device, as well as whether any modifications or repairs have previously been attempted or completed. An iRepairThis repair specialist will perform a check-in diagnosis of my device to evaluate its condition. If the device arrives at iRepairThis in noticeably different condition that previously described, I acknowledge that additional charges may apply. I understand that an iRepairThis repair specialist will contact me to discuss the discrepancies and potential additional costs.

Payment is due before any parts are ordered and repairs are started. 

I understand that there will be a bench fee for time rendered of:

$35 for phones

$65 for Gaming systems, computers, tablets, wearables and other specialized electronics (not limited to lamps, stereo and sound equipment)

$60 for any soldering work

These bench fees are taken out of any return after a client decides not to retain services after we have opened and worked on devices.

All special order parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover costs of return shipping and restock fees/loss value of parts. 

As the customer, I recognize that the careful transport of my mobile device to iRepairThis is my responsibility. If the product arrives with further damage, or is lost in transit, I bear full responsibility for that risk of loss as the shipper.

If any device should be lost or damaged further than the condition it was released to iRepairThis in, iRepairThis liability will be limited to the cost of the repair or replacement of the device in its condition at the time jof transfer to iRepairThis based on current fair market value. iRepairThis liability for damages from any cause when it comes to repairing your product is limited to the cost of the repair service or a comparable replacement device. iRepairThis and its affiliates have no liability whatsoever for indirect or consequential damages resulting from a repair attempt, including any lost or damaged data, software, or lost profits or revenue of the customer.

iRepairThis Warranty covers parts and labor supplied by iRepairThis. It does not cover, user error, water damage or any other damages will not be applied and charged. Terms & Conditions of Service

Effective Date: October 8, 2025

1. Service Scope

  • Repairs available for smartphones, tablets, gaming consoles, and select accessories.
  • All services are by appointment; same-day service is subject to parts availability.

2. Customer Responsibilities

  • Data Backup: Customers must back up data before repair. iRepairThis is not liable for data loss.
  • Device Verification: Customers may be asked for a password to verify device ownership and enable testing. If a password is not provided, testing may be limited and liability waived for undetected issues.
  • Prior Repairs: Customers must disclose previous third-party repairs. Warranty may be affected if prior work impacts current repair.

3. Payments

  • Full payment is due at drop-off for parts over $100 and all repairs, unless using Afterpay.
  • Backup payment methods (Venmo/PayPal) accepted for a small percentage of transactions.

4. Warranties

  • Lifetime warranty on most Apple and Samsung Galaxy repairs (manufacturer defects only; excludes OEM Apple parts).
  • No warranty on OEM Apple parts, liquid damage repairs, or devices left unused long before repair.
  • Warranty is void for physical, liquid, or accidental damage after repair.
  • Warranty after third-party work is determined case-by-case.

5. No-Shows & Cancellations

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect future booking eligibility.

6. Insurance & Device Protection

  • Insurance products (AKKO, MyProtection Pro) are subject to their own terms. Claims require clear photos/videos of devices at sign-up and at the time of damage.

7. Liability

  • iRepairThis is not responsible for loss of data, accessories not listed at intake, or issues arising from undisclosed prior repairs.
  • For repairs exceeding device value, options will be discussed and the customer will decide how to proceed.

8. Parts & Inventory

  • Parts are sourced from authorized suppliers. 70% are premium aftermarket/refurbished, 30% OEM, based on availability and customer preference.

9. Disputes

  • Disputes will be resolved in accordance with Colorado state law.
